Human trafficking is a multi-billion dollar industry run by transnational organized crime networks. Its most common purposes are forced labor or sexual slavery. The exploited victims of human trafficking, who are forcibly moved from one area or country to
another and held against their will, are predominately women and children.
CSIA provides security agencies with the ability to carefully track the human trafficking infrastructure across borders. Human smugglers rely heavily on the open source web to plan and communicate. Through behavioral profiles, visual link & textual analysis, and geospatial identification, CSIA helps authorities to leverage the smugglers’ own communications and create vital investigation clues. With these insights, authorities can identify local and international human trafficking networks and take action.
